With the cold weather settling in, you will need to boost that body! Say no to germs! With these immunity shots, we aren’t talking about the shots that hurt (But it still might sting just a little bit). We are talking about shooters filled with nutritious, immune boosting tonic that will wake up your system and keep you healthy all winter long!
This immune boosting shot recipe won’t take you more than 5 minutes to prep and make, so take it daily for best results. You will need about 4 carrots (you can use carrot juice), 2 peeled lemons, a big chunk of fresh ginger (or you can use ginger juice) and 2-4 cloves of garlic. I recommend organic produce whenever possible. You are going to throw all of this into a blender and blend for a few seconds.
This recipe will make about 6 one-ounce shots. Plenty to share with friends or family or just take throughout the day if you feel a cold brewing! It’s best to drink when fresh, but if you won’t use it all, freeze it and save for later! This is going to be a very spicy drink, so prepare your tongue for quite a kick! POW!!!
