A former Wildflower Workshop student, Nikki has used her experience of growth and empowerment to now support others, too.  Nikki is a NJ-based wife, mom to 3 boys and a lover of nature, the ocean, rocking out to live concerts and reading.

"There were countless moments that I can now reflect on with clarity that show me how the negative mindset and ugly voice was born from my childhood experiences. It traveled with me through my adulthood and motherhood.  That all changed through the conscious mindfulness during the Wildflower Workshop.   My evolution was magical, and now I am honored to help others reach those "aha" moments, too."
