Fear is hardwired in your brain, and for good reason: it protects you from harm.  Feeling fear is neither abnormal or a sign of weakness: it is part of normal brain function.  But there is a low-intensity type of fear that shows up as chronic stress, anxiety, constant worry and daily insecurity.  These feelings can harm your physical and mental health over time and prevent you from overcoming obstacles.  In our 60 minute session together, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can recognize the presence of fear (it's not always as obvious as you think!) and its source.  This will enable you to have clarity to see what you are being guided to do.  Getting to know the truth behind your fears opens an energetic space for creativity, wonder, awe, love, beauty, inspiration and insight.  When you have all that, you won't have space for fear and anxiety anymore.  Journals will be provided!
